We interviewed 12 customers who cancelled last quarter. Most said the product worked fine, but they stopped using it after the first month because setup took too long and they never connected their calendar. Price came up in only two interviews, both small teams on the old plan. Several people didn't know the mobile app existed. The customers who stayed longest had all been onboarded by a teammate rather than signing up alone.
