Edyt v0.90.26 Changelog
July 17, 2026
Edyt v0.90.26 introduces new features for drag capture and improves toolbar behavior. You’ll notice better responsiveness and fewer interruptions during your workflow.
New
- You can now toggle native-interaction suppression for drag capture in the settings. This allows you to choose whether dragging with the Option key suppresses native interactions or not.
- The capture toolbar will now dismiss automatically when you click into another app, making it easier to switch tasks without manual intervention.
Fixed
- The toolbar now stays visible when you click inside it, preventing it from disappearing unexpectedly.
- The drag rectangle overlay will no longer appear when native-interaction suppression is off, eliminating double indications during drag actions.
- The distance monitor for the toolbar has been improved to prevent it from hiding too quickly, especially during drag actions that involve OCR.
Improved
- Edyt starts faster, enhancing your overall experience.
- The toolbar's behavior has been refined to ensure it responds correctly to cursor movements, making it less sensitive to small shifts.
- The capture process now relies solely on OCR, removing any race conditions with native selection, which streamlines the drag-and-drop experience.
